Meal Benefit Applications
Please fill out and sign the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application. This information is critical in determining the amount of funding our school receives from various State and Federal supplemental programs.

These supplemental programs have the potential to offer support and services for our students including, but not limited to:

  • Instructional supports (staff, supplies & materials, etc.)
  • Non-instructional services (counseling, social work, health services, etc.)
  • Professional Learning for staff
  • Parent and Community engagement supplies and activities
  • Technology
  • Pandemic-EBT

This fall, meals are no longer free for all students and income requirements for free and reduced lunch have recently changed. Please complete and submit your meal application below to ensure that additional funding for our school is available to meet the needs of our students. All of the information submitted on the application is confidential. Without your assistance in completing the attached application, our school cannot maximize the use of available State and Federal funds. Paper applications are also available at all school front offices.

EFunds

I am excited to share that as of this morning, eFunds is once again available for meal service payments!

Thank you for your patience while we worked through this issue. We were very persistent and are the first school district to get back online!

A few reminders as we move back to eFunds:

  1. "Low Meal Balance Payments" will need to be enabled again if this is something you have used in the past
  2. Account balances will be uploaded to eFunds once per day at 4:00 AM.*** If a deposit is made using eFunds during the day, it will not reflect in eFunds until the next day***. However, those funds will be immediately available to your students, and you will see the correct balance reflected in Family Portal.
  3. You can access eFunds here: eFunds

Family Portal is also still available for meal service payments if that is your preferred method and can be accessed here: Family Portal

It appears that ONLY Nutrition Services is having this issue so families can still make other payments via eFunds.

Allergies

Your child’s health is extremely important to us. If your child has a food allergy, we will provide substitutions with a written order from a medical authority. Please contact Food Service at 784-0175.
