Meal Benefit Applications
Please fill out and sign the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application. This information is critical in determining the amount of funding our school receives from various State and Federal supplemental programs.
These supplemental programs have the potential to offer support and services for our students including, but not limited to:
This fall, meals are no longer free for all students and income requirements for free and reduced lunch have recently changed. Please complete and submit your meal application below to ensure that additional funding for our school is available to meet the needs of our students. All of the information submitted on the application is confidential. Without your assistance in completing the attached application, our school cannot maximize the use of available State and Federal funds. Paper applications are also available at all school front offices.

Household Information Report
Families with Students attending Alpine Elementary and/or Pathways should fill out the Household Information Report and return it to your school’s front office. Alpine and Pathways qualify for the Community Eligibility Program which requires families to fill out the Household Information Report instead of the Meal Benefit application.

*Alpine Elementary & Pathways will continue to receive FREE breakfast and lunch during the 2022-23 school year. Alpine and Pathways are enrolled in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP), a meal service option for schools in low-income areas. It is imperative that families complete the Household Information Report each year in order to continue this program. Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) is a program that partners with SNAP to provide FREE Michigan Fruits and Vegetables to Bridge Card users at participating markets. Please see the information below about this wonderful program.
I am excited to share that as of this morning, eFunds is once again available for meal service payments!

It appears that ONLY Nutrition Services is having this issue so families can still make other payments via eFunds.Your child’s health is extremely important to us. If your child has a food allergy, we will provide substitutions with a written order from a medical authority. Please contact Food Service at 784-0175.
